Product: The company is into manufacturing of LABSA – Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid; LABSA is the
synthetic surfactant that is widely used in the formulation of Domestic Detergent powder, cake, dish wash cleaners, numerous industrial applications etc. It is widely used surfactant because of its Low cost and is a Biodegradable and environmental friendly chemical.
LABSA 90% used as raw material used in Synthetic Detergent Industries in formulation of Washing Powder,
Detergent powder, Detergent Cake, Liquid Soap, Cleaning powder, Scouring Bar, Oil soaps etc. In Pesticides to
improve the quality of spray it is used to increase the surface area of distempers. As emulsifier and wetting agent in
Toilet soaps for foaming in other industries such as textile industries, it is used as a mercerizing or washing agent.
As main active matter in all forms of Detergents like Cake, Powder and Liquid formulations this soft acid slurry
serves as a main raw material for several anionic specialty formulations coupling agent and as an emulsifier
for agricultural herbicides and in emulsion polymerization.

LOCATION
The proposed iron& Manganese ore beneficiation plants established in an industrially converted land, 18 Hullikunte Village, Sandur Taluk, in Bellary District, Karnataka, an area of 10 Acers and is in close proximity to the iron & Manganese ore mines. It is at a distance of 4.5 KM from Sandur Town, The site is well connected to an all weather road, capable of handling the required traffic.
PRESENT PLANT INFRASTRUCTURE AND EXPANSION
The present plant of 80-100 TPH Capacity iron& Manganese ore beneficiation plant, comprises of screening, washing and fines separation equipment. It is proposed to operate the proposed plant, on a single shift basis (10 hours/ day), for an average 270 days in a year ( taking 2-3 month rainy session in consideration ).
UP GRADATION
After processing through the beneficiation of manganese ore / iron ore, we have been successful in achieving an upgrade of 3-5% depending on the ore mineralogy.
